They still have a historic windmill, seen here:\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe garnish is the last thing you do and the first thing the guest experiences.\nThat\u0026rsquo;s a good reason not to treat it as an afterthought.\u003c/p\u003e\n",
